Bye Bye Myrtleville (for now)

That might have been my last dip in Myrtleville for a few weeks 😦 . As I’m Heading to NY in a week, and training is starting to wind down, I’ll be missing my Monday dips while away… But it was nice of Myrtleville to send me off in style, Arrived with sunglasses on and the wipers!, got changed in the rain, and then sheltered from the hailstones. A Rainbow then appeared to put a smile on our faces while getting into the sea and the sun even showed itself for about 30mins during the swim, before the rain came back when getting dressed. Nothing like a good Irish Send off — All seasons in one hour! Nice to be back swimming in the Sea with my Sister though 🙂

Best of luck from everyone in Myrtleville, Carol. Try to go easy on the other entrants – do some drills or something to slow down a little….

    Hi Carol,

Your inspirational. It’s great to read your blog. That water must be quite cold. I’ve no excuse now but to get back into sea swimming here!

    Good luck in NYC!!

    Dave
